条带充填开采覆岩承载结构及地表变形研究

    Study on Strata Bearing Structure and Surface Deformation of Strip-filling Mining

    • 摘要: 针对条带充填开采上覆岩层承载结构及地表的变形规律,通过FLAC3D数值模拟及现场实测进行了相应研究。结果表明:单一条带充填体不能够形成承载结构,覆岩的塑性体承载结构为相邻充填体相互作用而形成的,承载体间隔步距变化特征与覆岩中关键层有关;完全采动影响下,条带充填开采与未充填相比地表位移减小了65%,覆岩最大位移减小了35%,条带充填开采最大地表下沉量仅为未充填开采地表最大下沉量的26.8%;实测结果与数值模拟结果相近,条带充填能够有效的控制地表变形,地面变形等级为Ⅰ级别。

       

      Abstract: We used the method of FLAC3D and field measurement to study the strata bearing structure and surface deformation of strip-filling. The test results show that a single strip filling body can not form bearing structure; plastic body bearing structure of the overburden rock is formed by the interaction of the adjacent strip-filling body; spacing interval variation characteristics of bearing structure is related to the key stratum in the overburden strata; under the influence of completely mining, the surface displacement of strip-filling mining is reduced by 65% compared with filling mining; the maximal displacement of strata is reduced by 35%, and maximum surface subsidence of strip-filling mining is only 26.8% compared with no filling mining; the results of field measured and numerical simulation are almost the same; strip-filling mining can effectively control the surface deformation; the ground deformation is levelⅠgrade.
