高分子基煤岩体加固材料的安全性能研究

    Safety Property Study on Polymer-based Reinforcement Materials for Coal and Rock Mass

    • 摘要: 结合煤岩体加固材料的加固机理,分析了煤岩体加固材料的重要安全技术要求。分析了各类高分子加固材料安全性能差异和性能特点,并对聚氨酯、改性聚氨酯及酚醛树脂加固材料的安全技术要求进行了详细研究。得出酚醛树脂加固材料因本身性能缺陷,不能满足标准和现场使用要求;聚氨酯、改性聚氨酯加固材料具有较好的力学性能,满足标准和使用要求,并且改性聚氨酯加固材料在高瓦斯及有着火危险矿井更具优势。

       

      Abstract: Based on the reinforcement mechanism of reinforcement materials for coal and rock mass, the important safety technical requirements of reinforcement materials were analyzed in this paper. A detailed study of the reinforcement materials based on polyurethane, modified polyurethane and phenolic resin was carried out, and the safety performance difference and performance characteristics of various polymer materials were analyzed. It is concluded that the phenolic resin reinforcement material does not meet the standard and the requirement of field application, while the polyurethane and modified polyurethane reinforcement materials meet the requirements. Furthermore, modified polyurethane reinforcement material has more advantages than that based on polyurethane in high gas mine or fire hazard mine.
