Abstract:
On the basis of the analysis of the influence factors and the diffusion laws of hydrogen sulfide gushing during top coal caving in north mining area of Wudong Mine, this paper presented comprehensive technologies, including spraying adsorption liquid at coal caving mouth towards support, intercepting spaying adsorption liquid at coal caving mouth downwind side, to control hydrogen sulphide gushing from support. Through spraying absorption liquid of different concentrations and flow rates at coal caving mouth towards support, and the test analysis of reducing effect of hydrogen sulfide under the condition of opening spraying absorption liquid device of different positions at coal caving mouth downwind side, the optimum technology parameters of controlling hydrogen sulphide gushing from support are obtained. Field test showed that the concentration of hydrogen sulphide reduced to 86.1%.
