喷洒吸收液治理支架放煤涌出硫化氢试验研究

    Experimental Study on Controlling Hydrogen Sulphide Gushing by Spraying Absorption Liquid During Coal Caving Support

    • 摘要: 在分析乌东矿北采区特厚放顶煤时硫化氢涌出的影响因素和扩散规律基础上,提出采用正对支架放煤口喷洒吸收液、放煤口下风侧拦截喷洒吸收液的综合技术措施,对支架放煤涌出的硫化氢危害进行治理。通过对支架放煤口喷洒不同流量、不同浓度的吸收液,以及放煤口下风侧开启不同道拦截喷洒吸收液装置情况下硫化氢的降低效果测试分析,得出治理支架放煤涌出硫化氢危害的最佳工艺参数;现场测试表明,硫化氢降低效率达到86.1%。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of the analysis of the influence factors and the diffusion laws of hydrogen sulfide gushing during top coal caving in north mining area of Wudong Mine, this paper presented comprehensive technologies, including spraying adsorption liquid at coal caving mouth towards support, intercepting spaying adsorption liquid at coal caving mouth downwind side, to control hydrogen sulphide gushing from support. Through spraying absorption liquid of different concentrations and flow rates at coal caving mouth towards support, and the test analysis of reducing effect of hydrogen sulfide under the condition of opening spraying absorption liquid device of different positions at coal caving mouth downwind side, the optimum technology parameters of controlling hydrogen sulphide gushing from support are obtained. Field test showed that the concentration of hydrogen sulphide reduced to 86.1%.
