新型“固-气”相似材料渗透特性影响因素试验研究

Experimental Research on Factors of Permeability for New Solid Gas Coupling Similar Material

  • 摘要: 为准确地配出满足“固-气”耦合物理相似模拟试验一定渗透特性需求的相似材料,以砂子、普通水泥、玉米淀粉为原料,设计了水泥砂子质量比A、淀粉含量B 2个因素,A因素设置5个水平、B因素设置6个水平,共30个实验配比方案,运用自主研发的小型渗透率测试装置对不同配比材料进行渗透率测试。实验结果表明:试件渗透率与淀粉含量之间满足K=ae-bx变化关系,与水泥砂子质量比之间满足K=-clnx+d变化关系。这与岩石组成结构越致密,所对应的原型岩石强度越大,其渗透性越低的变化规律相似度较高。
    Abstract: In order to accurately match the similar material that meets a certain permeability characteristics requirements of solid-gas coupling physics similar simulation test, taking sand, Portland cement, corn starch as raw materials, we design mass ratio of cement sand A, and the starch content B; factor A sets five levels,and factor B sets 6 levels, a total of 30 experimental ratio of the program; the self-developed small-scale permeability testing device is used to test different proportions permeability material. The results show that: K=ae-bx meets the changing relationship between the specimen permeability and starch content, the mass ratio between sand and cement meets K=-clnx+d change relationship. The more compact of the rock composition and structure ,and the greater of the corresponding prototype rock strength, the lower of the permeability variation of high similarity.
