预防遗煤自燃的新型凝胶复合材料研究

    Research on New Gel Composite Materials to Prevent Spontaneous Combustion of Residual Coal

    • 摘要: 针对现有防自燃材料单一使用存在的不足,提出将黄泥灌浆和胶体的特点结合,开发一种新型的采空区防遗煤自燃材料。用黄泥浆和聚合物凝胶复配成的复合浆液,突破了单一材料在防灭火方面的缺陷,具有良好的流动性和靶向性。以固液两态的特性为基础,通过实验以及线性回归等方法,从黏度、初凝时间、成胶时间、材料用量等方面出发,研究不同的组分与其性能指标的关系,并选择效果最佳的原料组分和配比。最终确定的最佳配比为:水土比4∶1,基料用量4%,促凝剂用量5%,高分子材料用量0.75‰,这种复合材料用于防采空区遗煤自燃,具有流动性好、覆盖完全、成胶时间短、没有污染和原料成本低等特点。

       

      Abstract: In view of the deficiency of existing fire prevention materials, combined the characteristics of yellow mud and gel, we developed a new composite materials which can prevent spontaneous combustion of residual coal more efficiently and scientifically. Composite slurry that compounds yellow mud and polymer gel, with fluidity and targeting property, breaks through the defects of single fire prevention materials. In view of initial setting time, viscosity, gelling time, material, based on the characteristics of the solid-liquid two-state, using the experiments and linear regression methods, the relationship among different components and its performance were researched, and the best raw material components and ratios were chosen. Ultimately, we determined that the best proportion for the water and soil ratio was 4:1, and the dosage of base material was 4%, and the dosage of coagulant was 5%, and the dosage of polymer materials was 0.75‰. The new composite material used to prevent spontaneous combustion of residual coal in gob areas is good at fluidity and gelling.
