矿井煤尘粒度和浓度实时在线检测系统实验研究

    Experimental Study on Mine Coal Dust Particle Size and Concentration Real-time Online Monitoring System

    • 摘要: 为了实现矿井煤尘爆炸的预报和预警,以光电二极管为光源,采用窄光束透射技术设计了一基于消光统计法煤尘粒度和浓度的实时在线检测系统。建立了消光统计法的煤尘测试模型,推导了消光统计法的测试方程,并设计了测试系统的实验装置和信号采集电路。最后分别采用0.05、0.24、0.72、1 mm 4种直径厚度光束分别进行了煤尘测量实验。实验结果表明,选择240 μm厚度光束测量粒径的标准差为7.6%,可以满足对煤尘颗粒浓度和粒度的实时在线检测,验证了该系统的实用性和可行性。

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve prediction and warning of mine coal-dust explosion, taking photodiode as light source, we designed an on-line test system for coal-dust particle size and concentration by narrow beam of light transmission technology based on extinction statistical method. We established coal dust testing model by extinction statistical method, deduced the test equation of extinction statistical method, and designed experimental apparatus and signal acquisition circuit for the testing system. We carried out coal dust measurement experiment for 0.05 mm, 0.24 mm, 0.72 mm and 1 mm four kinds of thickness of the beam diameter. Experimental results show that the standard deviation is 7.6% when the thickness of beam measurement particle size chooses 240 um and the designed measurement system can meet the monitoring requirement of mine coal dust, which verifies practicability and feasibility of the system.
