基于采场三维相似模型的流场特性实验分析

    Experimental Analysis of Flow Field Characteristics Based on Three-dimensional Model

    • 摘要: 为研究瓦斯涌出与煤自燃耦合下采空区流场特征,构建了采空区流场三维相似物理模型,分析了模型相似度,并对模型流场特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:实验条件下模型巷道风流流态为紊流而进入自模区,模型在常规通风压力下具有较好密封性;模型采空区流场压力随时间变化未出现系统性偏移,压力场相对稳定;在弱排放条件下,瓦斯场50 min后即可达到相对稳定状态;模型多孔介质物理特征符合采空区采动裂隙分布规律。

       

      Abstract: Three-dimensional model was constructed for analyzing flow field distribution in gob under condition of gas gushing and coal spontaneous combustion. Model similarity is researched, and the flow field features of the model are carried out experimental research. Research shows that the flow pattern of model roadway is closed to turbulent fluid and enters automatic simulation area, and the model has better sealing under conventional ventilation pressure; the pressure did not appear systematic offset and is stable relatively; the gas field appeared stable state field after fifty minutes in weak gas emission actions; the physical characteristics of model are consistent with prototype.
