综放工作面多夹矸岩层支架工作阻力的合理确定

    Determination on Support Work Resistance for Fully Mechanized Caving Face with Multi-gangue Stratum

    • 摘要: 针对8301工作面特殊地质开采条件,提出采用多夹矸顶板载荷估算方法,通过与宏观损伤力学法、反分析数值模拟法、实测统计法3种传统综放工作面支架工作阻力确定方法的计算原理和结果对比,结合现场实测得出:多夹矸顶板载荷估算方法能够合理确定复杂地质条件下综放工作面支架工作阻力;ZF13000/25/38型支撑掩护式支架能满足8301工作面顶板控制的需要。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the specific geological mining conditions of 8301 working face, clamp gangue roof load estimation method is proposed through the calculation principle and results of 3 kinds of support working resistance determination method at traditional fully mechanized caving face with the macroscopic damage mechanics method, back analysis of numerical simulation method and statistical experiment method. With the combining of field measurement, it shows that clamp gangue roof load estimation method can reasonably determine support resistance of fully mechanized working face under complicated geological conditions, and the hydraulic support of ZF13000/25/38 meets the production requirements.
