巨厚砂岩含水层单层井壁井筒高效注浆堵水技术及其应用

    Application of Efficient Grouting and Blocking Water Technology in Single Lining Shaft Wall of Giant Thick Sandstone Aquifer

    • 摘要: 针对何庄煤矿副井淋水造成提升系统运行环境恶化情况,通过对井筒地层岩性、产状及涌水范围、涌水原因等因素进行分析,制定了井筒注浆方案。通过采取高低压、深浅孔相结合,采用小流量、中压注浆的快速注浆堵水技术,成功注浆封堵井筒壁后淋水,堵水效果和效益明显。

       

      Abstract: For the deterioration of lifting system running environment because of auxiliary shaft water spraying in Hezhuang Coal Mine, shaft grouting scheme is formulated through the analysis of wellbore formation lithology, the occurrence, scope and reasons of water gushing. Back shaft water spraying is blocked successfully through efficient and rapid grouting and plugging technology of taking a combination of high and low pressure, combination of deep and shallow holes, and by ways of small flow, medium pressure grouting. Water plugging effect and the benefit is obvious.
