长压短抽除尘系统在快速掘进工作面的应用

    Application of Mixed Dust Collection System in Rapid Heading Face

    • 摘要: 为做好快速掘进工作面的防尘工作,采用了以掘锚机、破碎机、跨骑式转载机、带式输送机为主要设备的快速掘进系统,集成了可直接连接到原掘锚机风筒的可移动的湿式除尘风机,并以通风系统参数计算为基础,对相关通风设备进行选型,形成了快速掘进工作面的长压短抽除尘系统。该系统不但极大地降低了快速掘进工作面的煤尘浓度,使总粉尘浓度除尘率达29.97%,而且提高了机械化效率,减轻了工人劳动强度。

       

      Abstract: In order to do dust prevention work better, we adopt rapid tunneling system that takes driving and anchor machine, crusher, astride type reversed loader, belt conveyor as the main equipment, and integrates the wet dust removal fan that can be directly connected to the original driving and anchor machine. On the basis of the ventilation system parameters calculation, a mixed dust collection dust removal system for rapid heading face is formed through the selection of ventilation equipment. The system not only greatly reduces the concentration of coal dust in rapid heading face, even dust-laying rate of total dust concentration reaches to 29.97%, but also increases mechanization efficiency and reduces labor intensity.
