Drilling Spacing Optimization Design Based on Relationship Between Pre-pumping Time and Extraction Radius

  • 摘要: 在保证工作面回采前抽采达标的同时,为最大程度的节省钻孔工程量,通过建立工作面瓦斯抽采半径和预抽时间模型,并在现场对抽采半径进行了实测,分析掌握了钻孔间距和预抽时间的动态变化关系,在此基础上结合巷道掘进和工作面回采速度对李雅庄矿2-609工作面运输巷分区域设计了钻孔间距,现场应用表明钻孔工程量减少27.8%,仍实现抽采达标。
    Abstract: While ensuring gas extraction to meet the requirements before working face mining, to maximally save borehole engineering quantity, by establishing gas extraction radius and pre-pumping time model at working face, and field measurement of the drainage radius, this article analyzes and grasps the dynamic relation between the borehole spacing and pre-pumping time. On the basis of this, in Liyazhuang Mine 2-609 face, borehole spacing is designed for subregional combined with roadway construction speed and working face mining speed. Field application showed that drilling engineering quantity reduced by 27.8%, which still met the requirements of gas extraction.
