Abstract:
In order to avoid the potential safety hazard caused by the internal component damage of the mine emulsion pump station after the long-term vibrant work, a passive vibration monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network is proposed. The system adopts the main unit MSP430F5438 microcontroller, triaxial accelerometer ADXL345, and RF chip CC2520 to design terminal node hardware structure; a self-powered node is realized by the process that piezoelectric type micro-energy harvester collects vibration mechanical energy and the micro energy management circuit based on IC LTC3331 which has dual inputs of both ambient vibration and battery; the software architecture is established based on the protocol stack Z-Stack-EXP5438. The measurement result shows that the micro energy management module has sustainable supply capacity, and vibration signals of the emulsion pump could be intuitively real-timely observed through monitoring center, which ensures the safe operation of the equipment.
