无线无源式矿用乳化液泵振动状态监测系统
Wireless and Passive Vibration Monitoring System for Mine Emulsion Pump

摘要: 为了避免目前矿用乳化液泵站运转时因振动所造成的内部损坏安全隐患,提出了一种基于ZigBee无线传感网络技术的无源式振动状态监测系统。系统采用主控单元MSP430F5438微控制器、三轴加速度计ADXL345和射频芯片CC2520进行终端节点硬件设计;设计了基于LTC3331的环境振动能量和电池双重输入的能源管理电路,通过压电式振动微能量采集器拾取振动机械能实现节点自供电;系统软件架构基于ZigBee协议栈Z-Stack-EXP5438。经测试表明,微能源管理模块具有稳定持久供电能力,监测系统可准确实时显示乳化液泵振动信息,确保设备安全运行。Abstract: In order to avoid the potential safety hazard caused by the internal component damage of the mine emulsion pump station after the long-term vibrant work, a passive vibration monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network is proposed. The system adopts the main unit MSP430F5438 microcontroller, triaxial accelerometer ADXL345, and RF chip CC2520 to design terminal node hardware structure; a self-powered node is realized by the process that piezoelectric type micro-energy harvester collects vibration mechanical energy and the micro energy management circuit based on IC LTC3331 which has dual inputs of both ambient vibration and battery; the software architecture is established based on the protocol stack Z-Stack-EXP5438. The measurement result shows that the micro energy management module has sustainable supply capacity, and vibration signals of the emulsion pump could be intuitively real-timely observed through monitoring center, which ensures the safe operation of the equipment.
