Abstract:
The rock pressure mechanical simulation experiment system for mining area is the test equipment to study the relationship between abutment pressure change laws and overlying strata movement. Based on the analysis of structural weaknesses of the mechanical simulation experiment, by optimizing the thickness of the main roof simulation combination solid which is made by iron block and rubber block, we make sure that the system can simulate different thickness of the main roof to fit the actual occurrence conditions. By adding the pressure sensor and the strain in two hinged hinge, we can get the extrusion pressure and the friction shear force in broken rock bite point, which can provide data support for the analysis of the articulated balance and rotary instability of the main roof breaking rock.
