基于神经网络的地面煤层气抽采智能控制方法

    Intelligent Control Method of Ground Coalbed Methane Extraction Based on Neural Network

    • 摘要: 根据地面煤层气抽采控制系统基本要求,提出了一种基于神经网络的地面煤层气智能抽采控制方法;采用了神经网络故障诊断分类处理原理,根据瓦斯浓度传感器采集到的抽采管路中瓦斯的浓度数据,通过逻辑可编程控制器(PLC)来调整抽采管路中不同浓度下的阀门开度,调整煤层气流量,以达到安全生产的目的; 根据此方法可实现多管路抽采的智能控制要求,实现了地面瓦斯抽采泵站对煤层气抽采的智能控制,解决了瓦斯抽采人工控制、半自动控制的不足之处。

       

      Abstract: According to the basic requirements of coalbed methane drainage control system, coalbed methane intelligent extraction control method based on neural network is proposed. This method uses neural network fault diagnosis classification principle; based on the gas concentration data collected from drainage pipe by gas concentration sensor, a programmable logic controller (PLC) is used to adjust the valve opening of extraction pipeline under different concentrations and CBM flow to achieve safe production. To achieve the intelligent control of ground gas drainage pumping station on coal bed methane extraction and to solve the deficiencies of gas extraction manual control and semi-automatic control, this method can achieve intelligent control requirements of multi-line extraction.
