独头巷道瓦斯爆炸的数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of Gas Explosion in Heading Face

    • 摘要: 建立了独头巷道内瓦斯爆炸的数学物理模型,借助流体动力学软件FLACS对充满不同浓度瓦斯气体、有无障碍物时的巷道进行了数值模拟。由模拟结果可以看出,瓦斯浓度和障碍物对瓦斯爆炸过程压力波的变化有较大的影响,爆炸压力波在沿巷道的传播过程中不是单调衰减,而是有波动的;无障碍物时,压力波传播曲线的变化幅度不大,有障碍物时,瓦斯爆炸过程中压力波的传播曲线变化幅度迅速增大。

       

      Abstract: A mathematical model of gas explosion in heading face is established in this paper.using fluid dynamics software FLACS to simulate roadway filled with different concentrations of methane gas and with or without barrier,the simulation results show that concentrations of methane gas and obstacles have a greater influence on pressure wave change in gas explosion process,the gas explosion pressure wave is not monotonic decay along the tunnel in propagation process,but there is fluctuation;when there are no barriers,the explosion pressure wave changes slightly;but with barriers,explosion pressure wave changes greatly and quickly.
