深部复杂地质条件岩巷底鼓变形机理分析与支护技术

    Deformation Mechanism Analysis and Supporting Technology for Rock Roadway Floor Heave Under Deep Complex Geological Condition

    • 摘要: 针对车集煤矿深部岩巷底鼓变形严重的现象,结合现场实测数据,建立底鼓变形力学模型,分析深部岩巷底鼓变形机理,提出“底板锚索+注浆的底板加固技术”,并对底板加固时机和工艺流程进行了研究。结果表明:通过在适当时机利用底板锚索和注浆技术对底板进行加固,有效地控制深部岩巷的底鼓变形,极大地减少了深部岩巷的失修率,保证矿井的安全高效生产。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the serious deformation phenomena of deep rock roadway floor heave at Cheji Coal Mine, combined with the field test data, the floor heave mechanical model is established, the deep rock roadway floor heave mechanism is analyzed, and the floor reinforcing technology with anchor cable added grouting is proposed. The floor reinforcing time and technological process is also studied. The field test results show that using the floor reinforcing technology with anchor cable added grouting can be able to effectively control the deep rock roadway floor heave deformation and greatly reduce the disrepair rate of deep rock roadway, which can guarantee the safety and high effective production of coal mine.
