Abstract:
Aiming at the serious deformation phenomena of deep rock roadway floor heave at Cheji Coal Mine, combined with the field test data, the floor heave mechanical model is established, the deep rock roadway floor heave mechanism is analyzed, and the floor reinforcing technology with anchor cable added grouting is proposed. The floor reinforcing time and technological process is also studied. The field test results show that using the floor reinforcing technology with anchor cable added grouting can be able to effectively control the deep rock roadway floor heave deformation and greatly reduce the disrepair rate of deep rock roadway, which can guarantee the safety and high effective production of coal mine.
