急倾斜特厚煤层硫化氢涌出影响因素分析及控制技术

    Analysis and Control Technology of Hydrogen Sulfide Emission in Steeply Inclined Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为有效解决急倾斜特厚煤层放顶煤开采硫化氢超限的技术难题,综合分析了硫化氢的涌出影响因素,并进行合理有效的控制,降低硫化氢对人体的危害。主要对采煤机割煤速度、放顶煤强度以及采煤机截割顶/底煤及移动刮板输送机工序对硫化氢涌出浓度影响进行研究,得出硫化氢涌出量随割煤速度、放煤强度增加而增多的规律。通过采取喷洒吸收液吸收硫化氢的治理手段,使工作面司机处、上隅角、回风巷涌出硫化氢的降低效率达到84.4%以上,硫化氢灾害防治取得了突破性的成果。

       

      Abstract: To effectively solve the technical problems of hydrogen sulfide overrun in steeply inclined thick coal seam top coal caving mining, we comprehensively analyze the hydrogen sulfide emission factors and reasonably and effectively control and reduce the harm of hydrogen sulfide to the human body. This paper studied the effect of cutting rate of coal cutter, intensity of caving coal, coal mining machine cutting the top / bottom coal and tensile slip process on hydrogen sulfide emission concentration, and obtained the laws that hydrogen sulfide emission increases with the increasing of coal cutting speed, caving strength of coal. By taking the treatment means of spraying absorption liquid to absorb hydrogen sulfide, the reduction efficiency of hydrogen sulfide emission reached 84.4% above at working face of the driver, the corner and return airway, and hazard prevention of hydrogen sulfide achieved breakthrough results.
