锚索破断弹射机理与防护方案研究

    Study on Ejection and Breaking Mechanism of Anchor Cable and Protection Schemes

    • 摘要: 采用锚索支护的巷道回采时,锚索受到顶板围岩层间错动产生的剪切力,以及围岩横向变形产生骤增的轴向拉力,使锚索发生破断。锚索轴向受拉破坏的危害远大于剪切破坏。锚索发生受拉破断后残余有相当大的势能,当破断部分未被煤岩体充分夹持,极易发生被拉断后弹射现象,严重威胁着矿井的安全生产。针对南耀小常煤业30211工作面出现的锚索破断弹射现象,进行锚索破断形式、机理及弹射机理研究,最终提出锚索破断弹射的防护方案。

       

      Abstract: Anchor cable is easy to break due to the shear force caused by diastrophism of roof stratum and the rush increasing axial tension caused by lateral-deformation of surrounding rock during mining with anchor cable supporting of roadway. The damage of tensile failure is much greater than the shear failure of anchor. The potential energy of anchor is considerably large when it was tensely broken. Meanwhile, if the broken parts of anchor are not clamped by the coal rock mass, it is easy to be ejected, and which will threat the safety mining. Aimed at the problem that the working face of Nanyao Xiaochang Mine often has breaking ejection of anchor, the breaking form, mechanism and ejection mechanism of anchor is researched and the ejection protection scheme of anchor cable is proposed.
