综放开采散体顶煤的放煤工艺参数试验

    Experiment of Processing Parameters for Loose Top-coal Under Caving Mining Technique

    • 摘要: 以葛泉矿东井11910工作面的地质条件为背景,通过自行研制的放顶煤平面试验台,采用相似材料模拟的手段,对散体顶煤进行放煤试验,得到顶煤的煤岩界面形态,并对不同采放比、放煤步距、放煤方式的顶煤采出率进行统计,分析了3种不同放煤参数的顶煤采出率变化情况。结果表明:采放比1∶1、放煤步距为0.5 m、放煤方式单轮顺序的放煤效果较好,顶煤采出率较高。

       

      Abstract: With the background of geological conditions at 11910 working face of East shaft in Gequan Mine, by using self-developed caving plane test-bed, we adopt the mean of similar material simulation to test the loose top coal caving, obtain the top coal and rock interface morphology and the statistical data of top coal recovery rate for different caving ratios, intervals and ways, and analyze the change laws of top coal recovery rate about three different parameters. The result shows that the reasonable caving ratio is 1∶1, and the caving interval is 0.5 m; the way of caving is single round and order caving, which provides the reference for working face choosing parameters of caving.
