Abstract:
In order to more targeted propose the dust control measures for advancing support at fully-mechanized caving face, based on two-phase flow of gas and solid motive equation and the similarity principle, combining with the practical situation of 8104 working face in a certain coal mine, fully-mechanized caving face similar model has been established, and we researched the dust concentration distribution under different conditions. Research shows that the best average wind speed for dust removing and dropping is 1.5 m/s to 2.5 m/s; dust size decreased and dust concentration increased with the increasing of damage degree of coal; dust concentration increased with the increasing of moisture content of coal, and tended to be stable when the moisture content reached 4.45%; dust concentration increased with the increasing of gap size, frame interval and the coal cutting height.
