不同影响因素条件下综放工作面移架粉尘分布规律实验研究

    Experimental Study on Dust Distribution Laws of Advancing Support at Fully Mechanized Caving Faces Under Different Influencing Factors

    • 摘要: 为了更有针对性的提出综放工作面移架时粉尘的控制措施,根据气固两相流运动方程及相似原理,结合现场情况,建立了综放面的相似模型,对移架时不同影响因素条件下粉尘浓度分布进行实验研究。研究表明:工作面平均风速在1.5~2.5 m/s时,最有利于粉尘的排除和沉降;煤层越破碎煤尘颗粒越小,移架时粉尘浓度越高;煤层含水率越高,粉尘浓度越低,且含水率增大到4.45%后,对粉尘沉降作用不明显;支架间隙越大尘源浓度越大,采煤高度越高粉尘下落的剪切作用越激烈,都会导致工作面粉尘浓度的增大。

       

      Abstract: In order to more targeted propose the dust control measures for advancing support at fully-mechanized caving face, based on two-phase flow of gas and solid motive equation and the similarity principle, combining with the practical situation of 8104 working face in a certain coal mine, fully-mechanized caving face similar model has been established, and we researched the dust concentration distribution under different conditions. Research shows that the best average wind speed for dust removing and dropping is 1.5 m/s to 2.5 m/s; dust size decreased and dust concentration increased with the increasing of damage degree of coal; dust concentration increased with the increasing of moisture content of coal, and tended to be stable when the moisture content reached 4.45%; dust concentration increased with the increasing of gap size, frame interval and the coal cutting height.
