Abstract:
Optimization of high pressure spray nozzle is a comprehensive problem which related to multi-factor and multi-index. We present a multi-index orthogonal experiment method. Taking three kinds of high pressure spray nozzle commonly used in the coal mining face as an example, with the method of range analysis and variance analysis, the nozzle experimental results are analyzed and discussed. # nozzle has been applied in the coal mining face of Gaozhuang Coal Mine. Through in-situ test, the dust removal efficiency of the coal mining face where someone works in is above 83.9%.
