煤矿井下瓦斯抽采孔完孔筛管研究与强度分析

    Study and Strength Analysis of Screen Pipe for Gas Drainage Borehole Completion in Underground Coal Mines

    • 摘要: 针对目前井下常用完孔筛管存在的问题和下筛管工艺特点,进行了煤粉粒度分析,确定了筛管的割缝宽度;建立了圆形孔、轴向割缝及周向割缝筛管模型;采用Ansys Workbench分析了不同过流面积比下,不同结构筛管的抗围压强度以及下入强度。研究表明:筛管缝宽6 mm时,通过减小缝间距把过流面积比从4%提高到12%时,井下常用圆形孔筛管的抗围压强度和下入强度变化不大,不影响使用;轴向割缝筛管下入强度虽然较大,但抗围压强度最小且衰减较快,不宜选用;周向割缝筛抗围压强度最大,达到圆形孔筛管的150%,最高下入强度达1 050 N,能完全满足下入200 m筛管所需700 N推力的需要。

       

      Abstract: In view of the existing problems and process characteristics of perforated completion pipe used in gas drainage boreholes at present, the paper analyzed the coal particle size and determined the slot width of screen pipe. The different models of different slotted pipes are built; the confined compressive strength and insertion strength is analyzed by Ansys Workbench. The study shows that the flow area rate is increased from 4% to 12% by reducing the slot spacing when the slot width is 6 mm; the confined compressive strength and insertion strength of circular hole screen pipe have a little change; although the insertion strength of axis slotted pipe is larger, but its confined compressive strength is the least; the confined compressive strength of circumferential slotted pipe is 1.5 times as the circular hole screen pipe, its insertion strength is up to 1 050 N, which fully meets the needs of 700 N thrust for running 200 m slotted pipe.
