Numerical Simulation of the Prevention of Gas Accumulation at the Upper Corner by High-located Gas Drainage Roadways

  • 摘要: 上隅角瓦斯积聚是高瓦斯综放工作面必须解决的问题。根据塔山煤矿8103工作面的实际情况,提出了设置高位抽放巷引排采空区瓦斯的方法,根据CFD理论建立数学物理模型,计算了综放工作面及采空区内空气、瓦斯流动的规律,分析了高位抽放巷解决上隅角瓦斯积聚的可行性和可靠性,并通过工程实践进行了检验。
    Abstract: The gas accumulation in upper corner is a problem that must be solved in high gas fully mechanized caving face.According to the practical situation in 8103 working face of Tashan coal mine,the method of setting a high-located gas drainage roadway to prevent gas accumulation at the upper corner is proposed in this paper.Based on the theory of Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD),the mathematical-physical model is built to calculate the flow laws of air and gas in fully mechanized caving face and goaf.The feasibility and reliability of the method are analyzed,which is tested by the practical project.
