煤矿火灾险兆事件作用机制的调节效应分析

    Moderating Effect Analysis of Action Mechanism on Fire Near Miss in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为理清班组安全氛围与员工不安全行为和煤矿火灾险兆事件的关系,在相关文献资料基础上,构建了煤矿火灾险兆事件作用机制调节效应模型,设计了相关量表。在河北、陕西、山西等8个煤矿发放问卷1 128份,利用SPSS22.0对量表进行信效度检验,用HLM7.0对模型进行实证分析。结果表明:班组安全氛围在员工个体不安全行为与煤矿火灾险兆事件关系之间起着调节作用。班组安全氛围良好,员工个体不安全行为导致煤矿火灾险兆事件的可能性就小,反之亦然。班组安全氛围在管理者不安全行为与煤矿火灾险兆事件关系之间起着部分调节作用。煤矿安全管理应从改善班组安全氛围入手,降低煤矿火灾险兆事件发生的频次,从而遏制煤矿火灾事故发生。

       

      Abstract: To clarify the relationship of team safety atmosphere, employee's unsafe behavior and coal mine fire near miss, on the basis of the related literature, coal mine fire near miss action mechanism regulating effect model was constructed, and the scale was designed. 1 128 questionnaires were assigned in Hebei, Shaanxi, Shanxi and other eight coal mines. Reliability and validity of the scale was tested by SPSS22.0. Empirical analysis of the model was done by HLM7.0. Results showed that the team safety atmosphere played a regulating role between employee's unsafe behavior and coal mine fire near miss. If the team safety atmosphere was good, the possibility that employee's unsafe behavior led to the occurrence of coal mine fire near miss would be small, and vice verse. The team safety atmosphere played a regulating role partly between managers' unsafe behavior and coal mine fire near miss. Coal mine safety problems should be taken from improving team safety atmosphere, reducing occurrence frequency of coal mine fire near miss, and then curbing coal mine fire accidents.
