Abstract:
To clarify the relationship of team safety atmosphere, employee's unsafe behavior and coal mine fire near miss, on the basis of the related literature, coal mine fire near miss action mechanism regulating effect model was constructed, and the scale was designed. 1 128 questionnaires were assigned in Hebei, Shaanxi, Shanxi and other eight coal mines. Reliability and validity of the scale was tested by SPSS22.0. Empirical analysis of the model was done by HLM7.0. Results showed that the team safety atmosphere played a regulating role between employee's unsafe behavior and coal mine fire near miss. If the team safety atmosphere was good, the possibility that employee's unsafe behavior led to the occurrence of coal mine fire near miss would be small, and vice verse. The team safety atmosphere played a regulating role partly between managers' unsafe behavior and coal mine fire near miss. Coal mine safety problems should be taken from improving team safety atmosphere, reducing occurrence frequency of coal mine fire near miss, and then curbing coal mine fire accidents.
