    New Type Ventilation Air stopping Building Materials and Its Application

    • 摘要: 针对密闭墙传统构筑材料和工艺在实际工程应用中的不足,采用在高水材料中加入引气剂和纤维的方法对其进行改善,对该材料进行了微观形貌分析和全应力-应变曲线测试,在实际工程应用中利用泵送方式快速构筑密闭墙。结果表明:SEM图中反映出,纤维穿插于硬化结构中,起到增强增韧的作用,同时引气剂的加入使材料内部有大量气泡,使试块的抗压破坏模式由脆性破坏转变成了韧性破坏;全应力-应变曲线反映出该材料具有较高的残余强度,可压缩率≥15%;现场实测得出,顶底板最大移近量为245 mm,两帮最大移近量为205 mm。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the lack of the traditional building materials and Air stopping technology in the practical application, using the method of adding air entraining agent and fiber material in high-water material to improve it, the microstructure analysis and the stress-strain curve test of the material are carried on, using pump delivery to rapid construct Air stopping in the practical engineering application is done. The results show that the SEM diagram reflects the fiber intersperse in the hardening structure, to enhance the toughening, and the air entraining agent was added to make a large number of bubbles in the material, so that the compressive failure mode was changed from brittle failure into ductile failure; the stress-strain curve reflects that the material has a high compression rate, compressibility is equal or greater than 15%; site measured, the maximum convergence between roof and floor is 245 mm, the maximum rib sides convergence is 205 mm.
