Abstract:
In this paper, by means of XRD and SEM test, and using the setting time, compressive strength and chemical combination of water and Ca (OH)
2 content of experimental parameters, we qualitatively and quantitatively study the effect of different dosage (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%) of stone powder mixing on the properties of mine filling glue powder. The results show that the mixed stone powder can reduce the setting time of glue powder, 6% of stone powder mixed with compressive strength is higher than other groups, and the most is chemically combined water amount, and hydration products is even more; SEM results can be seen that microscopic structure of 6% stone glue powder is more compact compared with other groups. XRD test results show that the amount of C
3S and C
2S reduced more by adding 6% stone powder group compared with the other groups.
