低透气性高瓦斯煤层超长钻孔瓦斯抽放半径优化

    Optimization of Gas Drainage Radius of Long Borehole in High Gas Coal Seam with Low Permeability

    • 摘要: 以神华乌海能源公司平沟煤矿16#低透气性高瓦斯煤层走向超长瓦斯抽放钻孔为研究对象,建立其钻孔周围瓦斯流动方程,并用MATLAB数值分析软件对其瓦斯抽放半径进行数值分析与计算,获得“近似”的超长钻孔瓦斯抽放半径后,以此半径为参考值,在该煤层回采工作面回风巷中,选择合适观测点布置垂直于走向超长钻孔的测试钻孔,并在测试钻孔中注入SF6气体,检测超长钻孔内SF6气体浓度情况,结合二分法实施具体的优化步骤,确定出超长钻孔瓦斯抽放半径。

       

      Abstract: This paper takes the super long gas drainage borehole in 16# high gas coal seam with low gas permeability in Pinggou Coal Mine which is attached to Shenhua Wuhai Energy Company as the research object. By setting up the gas flow equation around the borehole and using the software of MATLAB, we obtain the approximate gas drainage radius of the ultra-long borehole. Then taking this radius as a reference value, we choose appropriate observation point to arrange test drilling that is perpendicular to the direction of ultra-long borehole in the return air roadway of the working face, and inject the gas of SF6 in the testing borehole, and test the concentration of the SF6 in the ultra-long borehole, and combine with the dichotomy to implement the concrete optimization steps to determine the final gas drainage radius of the ultra-long borehole.
