受限空间内CO影响瓦斯爆炸的数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of CO Affecting Gas Explosion in Restricted Space

    • 摘要: 为探求受限空间中CO对瓦斯爆炸的影响,建立了受限空间中瓦斯爆炸反应的计算模型,其化学反应采用了详细反应机理(包括53种组分、325个反应)。结果表明:向瓦斯空气混合气体中充入CO,CO作为瓦斯爆炸的中间产物参与CH4的氧化链式反应,一方面瓦斯爆炸的时间延迟,另一方面爆炸后混合气体中CO2体积升高,CO、NO、NO2体积下降。随着瓦斯混合气体中CO体积分数的升高,瓦斯爆炸产生的温度和压力先升高后降低。

       

      Abstract: In order to research the effect of CO on the gas explosion process in restricted space, we build computational model of gas explosion in restricted space, and adopt the detailed reaction mechanisms (including 53 species, 325 reactions). The results show that CO, as the intermediate product of gas explosion, participates in CH4 oxidation chain reaction while CO gas is filled in the mixture gases of CH4 and air. The gas explosion time could be delayed, on the other hand, the concentration of CO2 is increased and that of CO, NO, NO2 is decreased during the mixture gases after explosion. With the increase of CO in gas mixture, the change of temperature and pressure during the gas explosion is firstly increased than reduced.
