底板穿层钻孔水力压裂破裂压力影响因素研究

    Study on Hydraulic Fracturing Breakdown Pressure Influencing Factors for Floor Crossing Borehole

    • 摘要: 根据穿层钻孔水力压裂作用机理,运用数值模拟试验方法,对影响穿层钻孔的影响因素进行研究分析。结果表明:在试验模型参数下,起裂压力随煤层倾角增大而增大,当达到峰值后,又逐渐随角度增大而减小,综合破裂压力和压裂效果分析得水力压裂角度在45°~60°最优;随着煤体的变质程度的增加和均质度的增大,破裂压力也随之增大;侧压系数对煤体破裂压力的影响表现在煤体破裂压力主要受水平最小主应力的大小所决定。

       

      Abstract: This paper, based on hydraulic fracturing mechanism of crossing borehole, we research and analyze the influence factors affecting crossing borehole by numerical simulation test method. The results show that under the experimental model parameters, the crack pressure increases with the increase of the dip angle of the coal seam, and gradually decreases with increasing angle after reaching the peak, according to the analysis of comprehensive fracture pressure and fracturing effect, the optimal angle of hydraulic fracturing is 45° to 60°; with the increase of metamorphic degree of coal and the homogeneous degree, the fracture pressure will also increase. The influence of lateral pressure coefficient on coal fracture pressure is mainly decided by the size of the minimum principal stress level.
