Abstract: Carrying out multi-level countermeasures study for the problems of coal mine disaster prevention in different regions is a further deepen and refine of coal mine disaster prevention macro strategy,which provide important support for the health and sustainable development of regional coal industry.Through divided the country into five coal mine safety strategic region of Northeast,East China,Shanxi Shaanxi Inner Mongolia Ningxia Ganshu,South China,Xinjiang Qinghai,for the status of the regional coal mine disaster,the occurrence laws and trends of the regional coal mine disasters are analyzed,the outstanding problems and the key influencing factors are identified.Finally,the general idea of the regional coal mine disaster prevention is proposed.
