红庆梁煤矿机头转载大硐室群支护结构稳定性

    Support Stucture Stability of Nose Reproduced Chambers in Hongqingliang Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 红庆梁煤矿机头转载硐室为弱胶结软岩大硐室,机头转载硐室与煤仓、驱动硐室连接,硐室结构复杂,断面跨度大,支护困难。采用FLAC3D对机头转载硐室支护后硐室围岩和支护结构的稳定性进行数值分析,得出:机头转载硐室与煤仓、驱动硐室连接区域的顶板围岩位移量较大,需要加强顶板支护强度;两帮塑性区厚度较大,而且两帮锚杆受力较为明显;煤仓过软弱煤层段和煤仓接口处砌碹法向应力较大;对硐室群围岩大变形区域和支护结构薄弱点设置矿压监测点,监测机头转载硐室群的稳定性及时采取补救措施。

       

      Abstract: The nose reproduced chamber of Hongqingliang Mine is weakly cemented soft rock large chamber connected with coal bunker and driving chambers; they have complicated structure, big cross section span and difficult to support. In this paper, the stability of chamber surrounding rock and supporting structure of the supported nose reproduced chamber was analyzed by FLAC3D, the results show that: the displacement of the roof connection area surrounding rock of the nose reproduced chamber and coal bunker and driving chambers was bigger, need to strengthen the intensity of roof support; the thickness of two large plastic area of theirs sides was larger, the sides' anchor force was obvious; lining normal stress of coal bunker passing through weak seam section and coal bunker kneck is bigger; mine pressure monitoring points was set on the large deformation regions and weak points of supporting structure to monitor the stability of nose reproduced chamber surrounding rock and take timely remedial measures.
