特厚煤层回采巷道大变形及采动应力场分析

    Large Deformation of Extra-thick Coal Seam Mining Roadway and Mining Stress Field Analysis

    • 摘要: 基于郭家河煤矿特厚煤层回采过程中邻空侧巷道变形严重,以1305工作面回风巷巷道变形为工程背景,开展工作面推进过程中巷道围岩变形观测和采动应力场监测。研究结果表明:随着工作面深入1303采空区,回风巷侧巷道变形速度增大3~5倍;相比于运输巷回风巷侧支承压力峰值深入工作面及巷帮实体煤距离均减小,应力集中系数可达3;1305工作面回风巷巷道大变形是采动应力、采空区侧向支承压力、侧向顶板结构等多重因素耦合作用的结果。针对巷道变形原因提出侧向顶板深孔断顶爆破和小煤柱护巷措施。

       

      Abstract: Based on Guojiahe extra-thick coal seam mining process, roadway deformation near the goaf side was seriously. The paper, taking the roadway deformation in return airway of 1305 working face as engineering background, carried out working face roadway surrounding rock deformation observation and monitoring mining stress field in advancing. The research results show that: with the working face going deep into 1303 gob, the return airway side deformation rate increases 3 to 5 times;compared to the belt roadway, the return airway side abutment pressure peak to the distance from the working face and the solid coal is decrease, the stress concentration factor is up to 3; the reason of roadway large deformation in return airway of 1305 working face is multi-factor coupling effect mining stress, goaf lateral abutment pressure and lateral roof structure. In view of the roadway deformation reason on gob side, we propose lateral roadway roof blasting deep hole broken and small coal pillar roadway protection measures.
