单一煤层重复水力压裂综合选井研究

    Study on Comprehensively Selecting Wells by Repeated Hydraulic Fracturing in Single Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 为减少盲目改造煤层气低产井、有效提高其产气量,从开发单一煤层的煤层气资源条件、煤储层物性及围岩特征、一次压裂效果和排采工作制度等4个方面较系统的分析了重复水力压裂效果的主要影响因素,构建了其一级评价指标和二级评价指标。根据多层次模糊综合评价原理结合煤层气井产气特点,得出了不同级别评价指标的隶属度。以山西柿庄南区块部分煤层气井的勘探开发资料为例进行了重复水力压裂综合选井评价。结果表明:日产气量超过1 000 m3的井目前不需要重复压裂;平均日产气量小于300 m3的井,重复水力压裂需慎重;平均日产气量300~1 000 m3的井是重复压裂改造的首选,但需进一步优化泵注参数。

       

      Abstract: It is one of important measures to reduce blindness in the reconstruction of low yield wells and improve the gas production by purposeful repeated hydraulic fracturing. The main factors about the repeated hydraulic fracturing were systematically analyzed by coal-bed methane resource, the physical characteristics of coal and rock, first fracturing effect and drainage working and so on, the evaluation indexes of first class and second class were established. According to the principle of the multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation and the characteristics of the production about coal-bed methane wells, the membership degrees about different levels evaluation indexes were determined. Based on the exploration and development data about part of coal-bed methane wells on Shizhuang south block in Shanxi province, the synthesis selection wells about repeated hydraulic fracturing was evaluated. The results show that: these wells that the daily gas production is more than 1 000 m3 do not need repeated fracturing at present. These wells that the average daily gas production is less than 300 m3 need carefully repeated hydraulic fracturing. These wells that the average daily gas production is between 300 m3 and 1 000 m3 is the first choice to repeated hydraulic fracturing, but the injection parameters need further optimization.
