近距离煤层采空区下回采巷道锚网索梁支护技术

    Bolt-net-cable-beam Support Technology of Mining Gateway Under Goaf in Close Distance Coal Seams

    • 摘要: 结合某矿近距离煤层下部煤层回采巷道支护的工程实例,采用FLAC3D软件模拟分析了下部煤层合理的巷道位置,针对近距离煤层下部煤层回采巷道顶板岩层受上下煤层的采动影响后完整性差的特点,设计采用高强高预应力锚杆、金属网及W钢带或钢带托盘、短笼型锚索、槽钢梁的锚网索梁联合支护方案进行了现场试验。结果表明:该支护方案可有效地控制垂直裂隙的发展,使顶板岩层形成最佳组合梁状态,取得了良好的巷道稳定支护效果。

       

      Abstract: According to the engineering project of lower coal seam roadway support of close distance coal seams in a mine, FLAC3D is used to analyzed reasonable roadway position in the lower coal seam. Based on the poor integrity of the proof strata by effect of upper and lower coal seam mining, the combination of high strength prestressed anchor, metal net and W steel and steel pallet or short cage type cable, the cable girder anchor steel beam were tested in field. The results of mine pressure observation showed that the supporting scheme can effectively control the development of vertical fracture, and form the optimal combination beam state of roof rock, which achieved good supporting effect.
