李村矿煤与瓦斯突出预警准则研究及应用

    Research and Application of Coal and Gas Outburst Early Warning Criteria in Licun Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了实现对采掘工作面进入突出危险区的监测和预警,以“十二五”国家科技支撑计划项目为支撑,进行了煤与瓦斯突出预警技术和预警准则建设的研究,着重探讨了李村矿日常预测以及瓦斯涌出方面预警指标的选择和临界值的确定,并在李村矿瓦斯灾害较为严重的掘进工作面得到应用。应用结果表明:预警平台可以根据相应的预警指标在工作面接近突出危险区域以及瓦斯涌出异常进行监测和预警,并且预警结果得到了验证,可以有效提高前方煤与瓦斯突出危险信息的监测,减少煤与瓦斯突出事故的发生。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the monitoring and early warning for outburst danger zone at the mining face, coal and gas outburst early warning technology and the construction of early warning criteria are studied. The determination of gas geology, daily prediction and gas emission early warning criteria and critical value in Licun Coal Mine is discussed and the early warning technology is used in heading faces affected by serious gas disaster in Licun Coal Mine. The Application of early warning technology results shows that the early warning platform can monitor the hazard and give the early warning when working face is close to hazardous area and gas abnormal effusing according to corresponding early warning criteria. Early warning results can effectively improve the monitoring effect in ahead of coal and gas outburst hazard zone and reduce the occurrence of coal and gas outburst accidents.
