刀柱式采空区下方近距离煤层综采工作面围岩应力分布规律

    The Laws of Surrounding Rock Stress Distribution at Fully Mechanized Coal Face in Close Distance Coal Seams Under Rib Pillar Gobs

    • 摘要: 刀柱式采空区下方近距离煤层采用综采工艺回采时,刀柱会受到上方岩层垂直应力和下方工作面超前支撑应力的双重影响。同时煤柱将应力传递给下层煤岩体,在下方综采工作面形成应力集中区,对下方工作面顶板的稳定性、支撑压力的分布产生影响。针对唐山沟煤矿刀柱式采空区下方12#煤层的回采实际,研究刀柱下方综采工作面顶板应力分布规律,为回采巷道支护设计以及支架选型提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: When using full-mechanized mining technique to recover at fully mechanized coal face in close mine seams under the rib pillar gobs,the tool pillar will be subject to the double impact from the vertical stress of top rock and advance support stress of underneath working face.While coal pillar pass the stress to the lower coal-rock mass,the lower fully mechanized face is formed stress concentration zone,which will affect the stability of roof and distributed of support stress in lower working face.In this paper,the stress distribution of the roof is researched according to the actual mining of 12# coal seam under rib pillar gobs in Tangshangou coal mine,which will provide a theoretical basis for support design of roadway and stent selection.
