火区爆破用炸药的隔热装置研究

    Study on Thermal Insulation Device for Fire Area Blasting Explosives

    • 摘要: 针对火区爆破用炸药隔热装置耐热温度低、硬度大、厚度大的问题,研究隔热装置的隔热原理及隔热材料的种类和优缺点,并结合火区隔热装置的材料选型要求,设计出隔热装置的结构,最后制定隔热装置的装药操作工艺。结果表明:由吸热性物质、无机绝缘材料类作为外层、有机材料作为内层、涂有反射性和辐射性涂料组成的隔热装置具有良好的隔热效果;由装胶装乳化炸药、吊装等工序组成的操作工艺能够满足火区爆破现状。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low heat resistance temperature, high hardness, and thickness of thermal insulation device for fire area blasting explosives, this paper studies the heat insulation principle of heat insulation device, and the types of thermal insulation material and the its advantages and disadvantages. That combined with the selection requirements of fire area insulation material, and then the structure of thermal insulation device is designed, and a charging process of heat insulation device is developed. The results show that thermal insulation device which composed of absorbing material, inorganic insulation material for the outer layer, organic material as the inner layer, coated with reflection paint and radiation paint has good insulation effect. Installed rubber emulsion explosive, the loading process, such as blasting operation process can meet the fire area of the status quo.
