基于无极绳特性的采区车场设计优化

    Mining Yard Optimization Design Based on Characteristics of Endless Rope Winch

    • 摘要: 针对陈四楼煤矿21401轨道巷车场原设计方案存在的辅助运输系统复杂、施工组织困难、通风线路不顺畅的问题,结合无极绳绞车特性对设计方案进行了优化,优化后的方案具有系统简单、工程量少、施工组织方便、工期短、通风顺畅的优点,并进行了车场线路计算,巷道采用锚网喷支护、预应力锚索加强支护技术,支护效果良好。

       

      Abstract: According to the problems of complex auxiliary transportation system, difficult in construction organization and poor ventilation in the original design scheme in 21401 orbit crossheading of Chensilou Coal Mine, the paper optimized design scheme with the endless rope winch characteristics, which has the advantages of simple system, less engineering, convenient construction, short construction period, smooth ventilation, and calculated the yard line at the same time. The tunnel uses the anchor net spray support, pre-stressed anchor cable strengthening supporting technology, which has better supporting effect.
