Abstract:
Based on the geological conditions of 12801 haulage roadway in Yunjialing Coal Mine, the deficiency of the original roadway is analyzed, then the bolting-grouting integrated strengthening scheme of cambered cross-section is proposed. The test results show that the arc roof section overcomes the damage of non-symmetrical gathered stress to the surrounding rock, the first anchor net support and the second coal injection reinforcement improve the strength of surrounding rock and its self bearing capacity. The roof subsidence quantity is controlled from 0 to 55 mm, displacement quantity is controlled from 400 to 660 mm, which guarantees roadway stability.
