云驾岭矿大倾角松散煤巷支护技术

    Support Technology for Large Dip Angle Soft and Broken Coal Roadway in Yunjialing Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 基于云驾岭煤矿12801运输巷道地质条件,分析了原巷道支护的不足,提出了弧形巷道锚注一体化加固方案。结果表明:弧形顶板断面克服了非对称集中应力对围岩的破坏,一次锚网支护和二次煤帮注浆加固提高了围岩强度及其自承能力,顶板下沉量控制在0~55 mm,两帮位移量控制在400~660 mm之间,保证了巷道稳定。

       

      Abstract: Based on the geological conditions of 12801 haulage roadway in Yunjialing Coal Mine, the deficiency of the original roadway is analyzed, then the bolting-grouting integrated strengthening scheme of cambered cross-section is proposed. The test results show that the arc roof section overcomes the damage of non-symmetrical gathered stress to the surrounding rock, the first anchor net support and the second coal injection reinforcement improve the strength of surrounding rock and its self bearing capacity. The roof subsidence quantity is controlled from 0 to 55 mm, displacement quantity is controlled from 400 to 660 mm, which guarantees roadway stability.
