松软厚煤层大跨度阶梯式切眼应用技术

    Application Technology of Large Span Stepped Open-off Cut in Soft and Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对桑树坪煤矿松软厚煤层综放工作面大跨度切眼顶煤留设难题,利用FLAC3D模拟不同跨度下切眼围岩塑性区的发育范围,并提出阶梯式切眼施工技术。结果表明:相比沿底留顶煤切眼,阶梯式切眼围岩塑性区范围无明显变化,顶底板拉伸屈服区域基本不变,顶板主要屈服区为扩巷部分顶煤,一次巷副帮围岩拉伸屈服范围有明显扩大;阶梯式切眼可有效降低大跨度松软煤层留顶煤难度,避免底板三角煤问题,有效提高煤炭采出率和工作面推进速度。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the top coal reserving problem of large span open-off cut at fully mechanized caving face with soft-weak and thick coal seam in Sangshuping Coal Mine, FLAC3D was used to simulate the distribution of plastic zone in different spans, and then the stepped open-off cut was proposed. The results showed that: compared to the distribution of along bottom and reserving top coal, the stepped open-off cut's plastic zone has no significant change, and the distribution of tensile yield in roof and floor was same too. The top coal of side slope extension was the main area of tensile yield, while the secondary buttock's distribution of tensile yield enlarged remarkably. The stepped open-off cut can effectively reduce the difficulty of reserving top coal in large span open-off cut under the soft-weak and thick coal seam. Another, it avoids the problem of triangle coal in the coal floor, and improves the mining rate of coal and the speed of coal face advancing.
