煤矿井下钻孔一孔多用瓦斯抽采技术

    Gas Drainage Technology with Multi-application Drilling of Underground Boreholes in Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 基于采动过程中“三场”演化规律及采前、采中、采后瓦斯抽采思路,提出了煤矿井下钻孔一孔多用瓦斯抽采技术,即先后实现地质探孔、采前水力压裂抽采、采中卸压抽采、采后采空区抽采以及截流围岩和邻近层瓦斯等功能;进行了一孔多用现场瓦斯抽采试验,取得了良好的抽采效果。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of the evolution laws of "three fields" and technological idea before gas drainage, during or after coal seam mining, the gas drainage technology with multi-application drilling for underground boreholes in coal mine is proposed. The key technology is that the underground boreholes play the role of geological drilling, hydraulic fracturing drilling, pressure relief drilling, goaf gas extraction drilling, and intercepting gas of surrounding rock and the adjacent layer. The good drainage effect is achieved by multi-application drilling engineering experiment.
