公格营子煤矿胶结充填材料试验
Experimental Study on Cemented Filling Materials of Gonggeyingzi Coal Mine

摘要: 以公格营子煤矿为研究对象,通过单轴抗压强度试验对胶结充填体压缩特性进行研究,系统分析了白灰、粉煤灰、水泥、矸石不同配比方案,得出胶结充填体试块压缩特性和抗压强度随养护龄期的影响规律。试验结果表明:相同条件下,胶结充填材料强度与白灰掺量、粉煤灰掺量、料浆质量浓度和养护龄期成正比关系。通过单因素方差分析和显著性检验分析28 d充填料浆的抗压强度试验结果,得知质量浓度对充填体抗压强度的影响相对较大。公格营子煤矿现场充填体材料配比能够满足在开采过程中和开采后充填体对上覆岩层的整体性和长期稳定性的要求,能够指导类似煤矿后续的开采。Abstract: Taking Gonggeyingzi Coal Mine as the object of study, the compression characteristics of cemented filling body were studied by uniaxial compressive strength test, and an analysis is made of the different proportion scheme of lime, cement, fly ash and gangue. Finally, we draw the influence laws of compression characteristics and compressive strength of cemented backfill body with the curing age. The result shows that cemented filling material's strength is directly proportional to dosage of lime, dosage of fly ash as and slurry's quality mass concentration as well as curing age under the same conditions. Through the one-way analysis of variance and significance testing analysis of the 28 days test results of the filling pulp's compressive strength, that mass concentration has relatively great influence on the compressive strength of filling body, the ratio of Gonggeyingzi Coal Mine field filling material can achieve the requirements of the filling body to the globality and long-term stability of overlying strata in the process of mining and after mining. At the same time, it can guide the follow-up mining of similar coal mine.
