鄂尔多斯矿区大采高综采工作面合理区段煤柱尺寸研究

    Study on Reasonable Size of Coal Pillar at Large Mining Height Fully-mechanized Coal Caving Face in Ordos Region

    • 摘要: 以巴彦高勒矿311101工作面为背景,采用现场测试、理论计算和数值模拟相结合的方法,在揭示大采高综采工作面侧向支承压力分布规律基础上,研究不同宽度区段煤柱应力场及塑性区分布特征,最后确定合理区段煤柱宽度。研究表明:煤柱宽度15~20 m时,煤柱中央仍有一定弹性核,煤柱稳定。考虑煤炭资源回收和巷道围岩稳定等因素,确定区段煤柱宽度为15 m。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, taking 311101 working face of Bayangaole Mine as engineering background, using field testing, theoretical calculations and numerical simulation methods, on the basis of revealing abutment pressure distribution laws of large fully mechanized mining face, we study different widths pillar stress field and distribution of plastic zone. Finally, we determine a reasonable section of coal pillar width. Studies show that: when pillar width is 15 to 20 m, there is still a certain elastic nuclear in central coal pillar, coal pillar remains stable. Considering the coal resource recovery and roadway stability and other factors, we determine that the Ordos region fully mechanized mining face of coal pillar reasonable width is 15 m.
