基于光-波原理的软煤巷道破坏特征综合测试研究

    Study on Comprehensive Test of Failure Characteristics in Soft Coal Roadway Based on Light - wave Theory

    • 摘要: 以陕西韩城矿区桑树坪煤矿软厚煤层巷道为研究对象,为了监测与了解巷道围岩稳定性状况,在3#煤4319综放面运输巷超前段内设定相关测站(测点),打设定位定向钻孔,利用电镜内窥摄影方法直观探测了煤体钻孔周边破坏与变形的物理特征;采取一孔复测的方法,采用超声波测试法对巷道围岩松动圈进行了测试。研究结果表明:测点周边围岩松动圈总体范围在1.63~2.0 m。从光学窥视的效果图上来看,孔内煤的颜色大多为灰黑色,光泽较暗淡;孔壁完整性较差,孔内存有大量淤积、凹凸不平、浮散的煤体颗粒,综合体现出软煤的特征。

       

      Abstract: Taking the soft and thick coal seam roadway of Sangshuping Coal Mine in Shaanxi Hancheng Mining Area as the object of study, we set the stations in 3# coal 4319 fully mechanized top coal caving face roadway, and set up directional positioning drillin; the physical characteristics of the damage and deformation of the coal body around the borehole are detected by the electronic microscope. We take a hole to repeat the test method, and the test method of ultrasonic testing is used to test the loose circle of surrounding rock. The results show that: the measurement of surrounding rock loose circle is generally in the range of 1.63 to 2.0 m. Looking from the optical effects of view, the holes of coal are mostly black color, luster is dim. Hole wall integrity is poor, the memory hole with a large number of deposition, rugged, floating loose coal particles manifests the soft coal characteristics.
