沿空留巷巷旁高水充填材料性能改进

    Performance Improvement for High-water-content Filling Material Beside Gob-side Entry Retaining

    • 摘要: 通过对现有双液高水充填材料充填墙体变形规律分析,从高水充填材料的早期强度、可收缩性、残余强度方面进行改进,并进行工程实例研究。结果表明:进行性能改进后的高水充填材料具有较高的早期强度,基本顶未二次断裂时,充填体对顶板提供足够的支护阻力;该材料的收缩量在15%以上能适应顶板大结构“回转下沉”;材料的残余强度约占初始强度的85%,起到对受到第二次采动影响的顶板的支护作用;通过工程试验发现性能改进后的高水充填材料在沿空留巷中效果显著。

       

      Abstract: Through the deformation law analysis of filling wall by existing double liquid high-water-content filling material, we improved its performance of early strength, contractility, residual strength, and put it into engineering experiment.The results show that: high-water-content filling material has high early strength after the performance improvement; the filling wall can provide enough support resistance on the roof before the basic roof's secondary fracture; the shrinkage of the material is more than 15%; it can adapt to the "rotary sink" of big roof structure; the residual strength accounted for about 85% of the initial strength to support the roof influenced by secondary mining; the high water filling material has a great effect on engineering after performance improvement.
