工作面煤巷支护方式和区段煤柱尺寸组合正交试验与数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation and Orthogonal Test About Gateway Supporting and Coal Pillar Size

    • 摘要: 针对西部浅埋厚煤层工作面煤巷支护方式与区段煤柱留设尺寸的最佳组合问题,以杨家村煤矿222205工作面为例,采用正交试验得到9组不同工作面煤巷支护与留设煤柱方案组合;通过数值模拟,得到9种不同支护方案巷道应力集中系数、顶底板及两帮位移变化,最终确定了最优方案为方案6(A3B3C2),即顶板采用锚杆间排距为1 100 mm×1 000 mm、帮部锚杆间排距为 1 100 mm× 1 400 mm(使用1根)、锚索交叉支护方案,留设煤柱宽度15 m。

       

      Abstract: Aiming to the problems that the best combination between the support method of the gateway and the reasonable size of sectional coal pillar of shallow thick coal seam in the Western, according to 222205 face of Yangjiacun Coal Mine, getting nine different combination of gateway support and unexploited coal pillars size through orthogonal test, the stress concentration factor of roadway, displacement of roof and floor and displacement of two sides of nine different supporting schemes are obtained by numerical simulation; we ultimately determined the support method of 6th, namely, row spacing between roof bolts of 1 100 mm× 1 000 mm, row spacing between side bolts of 1 100 mm×1 400 mm; the anchor cable cross supporting and reasonable coal pillar size is 15 m.
