五沟煤矿F13断层防水煤柱留设研究

    Study on Design of F13 Fault Waterproof Coal Pillar in Wugou Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为防止五沟煤矿F13断层在工作面开采过程中活化突水,威胁矿井安全。采用数值模拟、物理模拟及理论计算等手段,综合确定了F13断层合理的防水煤柱留设宽度为40 m,并提出了相应的防治水措施。现场实践表明:宽度为40 m的防水煤柱可有效防止断层活化突水,保障了矿井安全生产。减少防水煤柱压煤量10万t,取得了良好的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to prevent Wugou Coal Mine F13 fault in the working face of coal mine water inrush, using the numerical simulation, physical simulation and theoretical calculation methods, the reasonable width of waterproof coal pillar of F13 fault is 40 m, and the corresponding prevention and control measures are proposed. Practice shows that the waterproof coal pillar width is 40 m, which can effectively prevent the water inrush from coal, and ensure the safety. Through recovering the amount of waterproof coal pillar of one hundred thousand tons, and we achieve good economic benefits.
