Abstract:
The mechanism about spraying absorption liquid controlling the sulfured hydrogen in coal mine is carried out by theoretical analysis; using the method of orthogonal test, the order of influencing factors of spraying absorption liquid on hydrogen sulfide absorption is that: wind speed > absorbing solution concentration> concentration of hydrogen sulfide>spray absorption liquid flow. Simulation experiment results show that, under a certain conditions, the hydrogen sulfide absorption efficiency increases with the simulation of wind speed and emission of hydrogen sulfide concentration decreased, with the increase of spraying absorbing solution concentration and flow rate. Field applications show that the coal cutting excavation, spraying the absorption liquid, the driver at the emission concentration of hydrogen sulfide reducing efficiency is up to 84.9%; at the same time, measured driver dust concentration reduces efficiency as high as 93.4%, and it obtained better effect of hydrogen sulfide and dust hazard management of coal mine.
