基于COMSOL Multiphysics的钻孔周围瓦斯流动规律数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of Gas Flow Laws Around Drillings Based on COMSOL Multiphysics

    • 摘要: 对钻孔抽采瓦斯所使用的数学理论模型进行研究探讨,分别对钻孔抽采下的瓦斯平面径向稳定渗流和平面径向不稳定渗流计算模型进行了研究。以大黄山煤矿抽采钻孔为研究背景,运用数值模拟软件COMSOL Multiphysics,以穿层钻孔为例,分别对不同抽采时间(15、30、45 d)、不同孔径(94、180、300 mm)钻孔抽采条件下,钻孔附近的瓦斯流态进行了模拟,得到瓦斯流速场和瓦斯压力分布规律,对模拟结果进行分析最终确定合理的瓦斯抽放钻孔直径和抽放时间。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, we discussed the mathematical model of gas extraction drilling and studied the mathematical model of plane radial stable seepage and radial unsteady seepage during drilling gas extraction. Taking the gas extraction of Dahuangshan Coal Mine as the background and through beds hole as an example, we use COMSOL Multiphysics software to simulate the gas flow pattern near the drillings under different extraction time(15、30、45 d) and different apertures (94、180、300 mm). Thus, the gas velocity field and gas pressure distribution and the pressure contour are obtained. Simulation results are analyzed to determine a reasonable gas drainage borehole diameter and extraction time.
