煤与瓦斯突出强度模拟实验

    Simulation Experiment of Coal and Gas Outburst Intensity

    • 摘要: 利用自主研制的“煤与瓦斯突出模拟装置”对不同初始瓦斯压力、不同突出口厚度和不同突出口径的煤样进行三维加载模拟煤与瓦斯突出。研究结果表明:在煤层瓦斯压力较小的情况下,若外部载荷较大、揭煤厚度较小、巷道断面较大的情况下也会发生煤与瓦斯突出;煤与瓦斯的突出存在一个突出口厚度的临界值,通过改变该值可以改变煤与瓦斯的突出及突出强度;巷道断面大小对煤与瓦斯突出有一定影响,通过减小断面可有效防止煤与瓦斯突出,减小突出强度;随着突出强度的增加,突出煤粉量和抛射距离也增加,大多数煤与瓦斯突出是发生在突出强度最大的时刻。

       

      Abstract: Using the self-developed “coal and gas outburst simulation device”, we conducted three-dimensional loading simulation experiments of coal and gas outburst for different initial gas pressure and outburst mouth thickness and different diameters of coal samples. The results show that: under the condition of lower coalbed methane pressure, coal and gas outburst will occur if there exists larger external loading, lower coal uncovering thickness and larger roadway section. There is a critical value of outburst mouth thickness during the whole coal and gas outburst process, and changing the value can change coal and gas outburst and outburst intensity. The roadway section has some effect on outburst phenomenon, coal and gas outburst is effectively prevented through reducing section. Followed by the increased intensity of outburst, the quality of coal powders and cast distances are increased. And then most of coal and gas outburst accidents occurred at the most outburst intensity.
